Specific service engagements (such as software development or AMC contracts) are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

Where we deliver custom code, designs or documentation under a service engagement, ownership transfers as set out in the engagement agreement (typically to the client on full payment).
Information you submit through contact, sign-in or sign-up forms is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through public forms. For confidential discussions, use a direct channel agreed with us.
Any indicative pricing we share publicly is just that — indicative. Final scope, fees and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work prior to engagement.
Currency and tax handling for international clients is agreed individually.
The site is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any results obtained from using the site will be accurate or reliable.
Service-level commitments for specific engagements are governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuGow Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Liability for paid services is governed by the engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these terms occasionally. The ‘Effective’ date at the top reflects when the latest version came into force.
